This intensive will use the PCM model to highlight your personality, communication style, and distress patterns. All individuals will complete a personality inventory before we meet and will learn about the strengths of their personalities, as well as how best to communicate with others, and some of the basic pitfalls that might come up if you don’t care for your psychological needs. This fee includes:

• PCM Personality Inventory (retails @ $150 / person)

• 3 x 2-hour training sessions

• Assignments to reflect on between sessions
